Hydraulic drive to press blind flanged at the end of high pressure valve to have a performance test. It is suitable for flanged and none-flanged end type valve, especially for none-flanged valve. Just like welded groove type high pressure ball valve etc.
Performance and Feature:
1. It is suitable to have shell, seal test for various connection types of valve.
2. We have hydraulic cylinder and screw type for customer choose.
(Clamp force over than 1700 tons we will design as screw type).
3. Test medium is water or air (6-8 bar gas source supplied by enduser)
4. Test medium water can be recycling use for testing.
5. Equipped low pressure water pump, high pressure water booster and pressure timer.
6. Equipped automatic oil pressure discharge system, when being ready hold pressure, system discharge automatically, when working system return to normal status to effectively reduce oil temperature, elongate life of test bench and save energy.
7. Hydraulic clamping has safety interlock with water pressure discharge.
