YFB-SM model valve life test machine integrates mechanism, electricity and hydraulic, of high technology content and high automation. It is made up of hydraulic valve test machine, valve open & close device, touch screen and PLC auto control system.
The machine drives clasping cylinder, overturn of left work plate, movement of left work table, rotation of torque spanner claw, movement of column of torque spanner system, lifting of beam and rotation of oil motor of torque spanner claw with hydraulic as power. High pressure oil is generated by air driven high pressure pump (MAXIMATOR air driven pump), Low pressure water is generated by low pressure water pump, high pressure water is generated by air driven high pressure pump (Germany imports MAXIMATOR air driven pump), which can compensate pressure automatically(operator can select). The control of whole system is realized by touch screen and PLC auto control system and electrical system.
Three claws on left, right work plate can have radial synchronous movement, axial synchronous clamping relax, left work plate can turn over within 0 ～ 90deg; to check air seal test and valve seat pairs seal. Left work table can move left and right to adapt to different valve face-to-face dimension.
Valve open & close torque output device is made up of column & column horizontal movement device, beam & beam lifting device, oil motor, universal joint and the connecting rod and the torque sensor. Adjust horizontal position of column and beam position to make torque spanner claw alignment with valve hand wheel center. When torque output device open and close the valve ,torque is generated by the oil motor, through torque sensor ,universal joint and a connecting rod, to the spanner claw to drive valve opening & closing, torque value is transmitted to touch screen and PLC auto control system, when torque value arrives at set value, the system sends out the instruction, the oil motor stop immediately, so as to achieve valve opening & closing operation according to set torque.
Test Bench Main Function :
1.Touch screen system set Valve Test Standard parameters automatically according to valve nominal diameter and pressure (you can set test parameter manually);
2.Have back seal test, shell strength test, high and low pressure air seal test;
3.Automatic valve life test cycle program: seal valve tunnel pressurize close valve with pressure according to set torque release one side pressure of valve open valve with pressure to set opening seal valve tunnel pressurize(repeat set cycle test numbers), when cycle test arrives at set numbers, cycle test finished.
4.If valve is electrical actuation device, connect electrical actuation device with equipment line, system will control electrical actuation device to open and close valve according to cycle program ;
5.Touch screen and PLC auto control system can record some parameters of valve name, model, inspector number, test standard, test date, inspection number, test media, test pressure, pressure-keeping time, life test numbers and valve opening & closing torque, can record test pressure and pressure-keeping time of valve back seal test, shell strength test, high pressure seal test in digital and graphical curve in the system. The data saved in the system can be printed out based on the keywords, it provides the conditions for the quality of subsequent back. Test data can be exported to Excel for the customer, the implementation of ERP management.
Valve opening & closing torque test:
1 Hoist valve to suitable position, adjust column horizontal position of torque output device and beam position to make torque spanner claw alignment with valve hand wheel center;
2 Exhaust air in the body of valve, pressurize test media to regulated value ;
3 Pre-close valve with smaller torque; open left discharge valve to empty left cavity of valve, then valve seal pressure difference is of full pressure, may be larger leakage, the system will automatically compensate test medium pressure ;
4 Move left work table, press button & oil motor torque enlarge and observe valve leakage condition, when valve leakage meets the standard, torque value recorded in touch screen and PLC auto control system is closing torque value of this test;
5 Repeat test of closing torque value three times, choose the maximum value as valve closing torque value;
6 When have the above closing torque test, you can have valve opening torque test at the same time, that is under full pressure difference condition, enlarge valve opening torque until valve opens, torque value recorded in touch screen and PLC auto control system is opening torque value, repeat torque value test three times, choose the maximum value as valve opening torque value.
