Tilting Valve Test Bench which claws clamping with tilt ability is for Testing of Pressure Shut-off flow valves.
Clamping of RF or RTJ valve could be executed in the real working conditions. The clamping is hydraulic on/off type. The auto-centering movement and plateau tilting is controlled manually.
Tilting Valve Test Bench clamp fixtures are designed to clamp and test valves, fittings and related pressure bearing parts between centers. Hydrostatic or pneumatic seat testing can be performed from both sides without removing the valve from the clamp fixture. Moreover, the fixture can be set horizontal, so the test valve can be easily loaded from top with a overhead crane. The fixture can tilt to vertical position for testing.

Gate Test Bench Feature:
- The auto-centering movement and plateau tilting is controlled manually.
- Sealing of tested item is carried out by the hydraulic cylinder.
