It suitable for DN15-300mm safety valve test.
Performance and Feature:
1. It is suitable to test for kinds of flanged ends and screws ends (DN15-50mm) safety valves.
2. Test medium is water, air or nitrogen. (Air source is supplied by customer)
3. High pressure air fill in the cavity of safety valve through manual relief valve, you can get accurate set pressure by adjusting relief valve slowly.
4. We advise end user to choose touch screen monitoring system,this system can record testing process in digital and image curve, can be more accurately capture set pressure value and print out test statement as technical document archive.
5. We also advise end user to choose safety door to make sure safety during test process.
6. Equipped low pressure water pump, high pressure water booster and pressure timer.
7. Equipped automatic oil pressure discharge system, when being ready hold pressure, system discharge automatically, when working system return to normal status to effectively reduce oil temperature, elongate life of test bench and save energy.
8. Hydraulic clamping has safety interlock with water pressure discharge.

3. Low pressure water pump MAXIMATOR air driven water booster (Pressure can up to 400bar).
